The typing, done by a machine

Every society that joins us starts the same way: a cupboard of sale agreements, share certificates and ID proofs, and one person keying them in for a fortnight. That is the part we are automating.

None of this is live yet, and we would rather say so than put a badge on a feature you cannot use. If bulk intake is the thing standing between your federation and moving over, tell us — it moves up the list.

Drop the folder, get the register

Upload the whole set of sale agreements and ID proofs at once. Each document is read, the unit, owner, tenant and area are pulled out, and a draft member record is queued for the committee to approve.

  • One upload for hundreds of documents, instead of one form per flat
  • Every extracted field shows the page it came from, so a check takes seconds
  • Nothing is written to the register until a human approves it

Ask the bye-laws a question

A society's rules live in a 90-page PDF nobody reads. We are indexing those documents so a committee member can ask what the rule is on subletting, or on the transfer fee, and get the answer with the clause it came from.

  • Answers cite the clause and page, so you can check them against the document
  • Reads only your society's documents, never another society's
  • Useful in a meeting, when someone asks what the bye-laws actually say

Proofs checked before a person sees them

KYC today means a committee member opening each document and comparing it to what was typed. The same read that builds the record can flag the mismatches first, so the human only looks at the ones that need a decision.

  • Flags a name that does not match the agreement, or an expired document
  • Sorts the queue so the clean ones clear quickly
  • The verify decision stays with the committee, as it has to

Meanwhile, the rest of it works today

Twenty-one areas across seven groups, running in real societies right now — members, billing, collections, meetings, complaints, the gate register and the books.

Claim your society's address

Pick a name, add your units, invite the committee. The first year is free and members can pay from day one.
