Per unit per month: ₹15 up to 300 units, ₹12 from 301 to 1,000, and ₹9 above 1,000. The plan is picked from your unit count — there is no separate upgrade.
Work out your costYes. The admin tools are free for the first year from the day the society is created. Members can pay maintenance from day one, and collection is never interrupted.
Refund and cancellation policyStraight to the society. Each society connects its own payment account, and settlements, refunds and exceptions are visible in Collections.
How billing and collections workEvery platform invoice carries SAC 998314 with 18% GST, split as CGST and SGST or as IGST depending on the place of supply.
Accounting and tax invoicesYes. A federation, apex body or managing agent switches context between federation, society and unit from the top bar; roles follow the context.
Federation and role settingsYes — an Android and iOS member app for bills, payments, notices, complaints, amenities, meetings and visitors.
