Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

We use a small number of cookies, and almost all of them exist to keep you signed in. There is no advertising tracker on this site.

On this page1. Essential cookies2. Functional storage3. Analytics and advertising4. Controlling cookies5. Contact

1. Essential cookies

These are required for the platform to work. Without them you cannot stay signed in, so we do not ask for consent to set them.

  • Session cookie — keeps you signed in as you move between pages, and is cleared when your session ends
  • Refresh token cookie — lets the console renew a short-lived session without making you sign in again. It is HTTP-only, so page scripts cannot read it
  • Active role — records which of your roles is currently in use, because permissions are scoped to one role at a time
  • CSRF token — protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery

2. Functional storage

These remember a preference so you do not have to set it again. They are kept in your browser's local storage rather than sent to us with every request.

  • Theme — whether you chose the light or the dark appearance on the public site
  • Interface preferences — such as whether you keep the console sidebar expanded

Clearing your browser storage removes these. Nothing breaks; you simply get the defaults back.

3. Analytics and advertising

We do not run Google Analytics, we do not use the Meta pixel, and we set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

Our servers keep ordinary request logs — the URL, timestamp, IP address and browser string — which we use to find faults and detect abuse. Those are logs, not cookies, and you cannot be tracked across other websites with them.

4. Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you see the cookies a site has set and delete them, usually under privacy or site settings. You can block cookies for this site entirely, but the essential ones above are what keep you signed in, so blocking them means you will not be able to use the console.
